Version 4 · 24 October 2026. These terms apply when you buy printed keepsakes, such as mugs, prints, canvases, photo books, cards and calendars, from the Under Our Tree Keepsake Shop. They sit alongside the Under Our Tree terms of service and privacy notice.

1. Who you are buying from

PopUsIn, a trading name of Lorraine Hart and Stephen Lears, a partnership, 11 Westminster Drive, Southport, PR8 2RL. Email hello@underourtree.co.uk (controller and trader enquiries may also be sent to hello@underourtree.co.uk). Under Our Tree is part of PopUsIn and the same login gives you access to My PopUsIn. Prodigi is our print and fulfilment partner, not the seller with whom you contract.

2. Who can buy

Purchases are for adults aged 18 or over with an Under Our Tree account. Child accounts cannot see the Shop or purchase controls.

3. Ordering and prices

Before you place an order we must show the product description, personalisation details, quantities, delivery country and options, any delivery charges, the total amount payable and the point at which you incur an obligation to pay. We are not VAT registered and do not add VAT. You should be able to review and correct your order before payment. Stripe processes payments; your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order before acceptance if a product is unavailable, there is a genuine pricing error or the submitted content cannot lawfully be printed. If payment was taken for an order we cannot accept or fulfil, we will refund it.

4. Your photos and designs

You must only upload photos and text that you have the right to use, and you confirm that they are lawful and do not include other people's private information. Do not upload anything unlawful, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules. We use your photos only to produce your order. Order photos are deleted from our systems 30 days after delivery, and our printing partner keeps them only for as long as needed to make and dispatch the order.

5. Cancellation, personalised products and returns

You normally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period for goods bought at a distance. A limited exception applies to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as a print made from your own uploaded photograph or name. We must identify qualifying items and explain the specific exception clearly before you pay. Merely being printed after an order, made to order, or dispatched by Prodigi does not automatically remove your right to cancel.

Where the legal cancellation right applies, tell us within 14 days after delivery that you want to cancel. We will give return instructions and refund in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, including basic delivery charges where required. Return postage responsibility and any lawful deductions must be explained before checkout. For genuinely personalised products that fall within the exception, a change-of-mind cancellation may not be available, but your rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain in full. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory rights.

6. Delivery and Christmas cut-off dates

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Any offered delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery periods must be shown before ordering. Any published last order date for delivery before Christmas is an estimate rather than a guarantee, and late orders must be clearly warned. If no delivery time is agreed, statutory delivery rules apply. Tell us promptly if an order is late so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law.

7. If something is wrong

Check your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not what you ordered, email hello@underourtree.co.uk with your order reference and, where practical, a photo. You have a statutory short-term right to reject faulty goods within the applicable 30-day period and other rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contacting us after 30 days does not automatically remove your statutory rights. We will investigate and provide the legal remedy owed.

8. Our responsibility

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Any other lawful limitation of liability must be fair and proportionate; we do not restrict remedies that consumer law makes mandatory.

9. Privacy

We share the data necessary to fulfil your order with Prodigi and its printing and delivery providers, the details necessary to take payment with Stripe and service-email details with Resend. Each has its own applicable service and privacy terms. We do not use order photos for advertising. Optional PopUsIn marketing needs separate unticked consent; transactional receipts and fulfilment notices do not.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
